Cancellations

Because we reserve production dates, crew, and equipment, cancellations on short notice may incur fees. We’ll always try to reschedule where possible.

Refunds

• Deposits secure dates and are generally non‑refundable once pre‑production has begun.
• If we cancel for any reason within our control, you will receive a refund for undelivered services.
• If you cancel, we’ll invoice for work already completed and non‑recoverable costs.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require additional costs for venue, crew, or equipment holds.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, illness, transport disruptions).
