Terms of Service

Scope and Services

We provide video production services including pre‑production, production, post‑production, and editing. Specific deliverables, schedules, and fees are set out in each statement of work (SOW) or quote.

Quotations and Payment

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• A deposit may be required to secure dates or begin work. Remaining amounts are invoiced per milestone or on delivery.
• Invoices are due within 14 days unless specified.

Changes and Cancellations

Material changes to scope, locations, or schedules may affect pricing and timelines. Cancellations or rescheduling may incur fees, particularly for booked crew, studio time, or equipment.

Client Responsibilities

• Providing timely access to locations, talent, approvals, and brand assets.
• Obtaining necessary permissions for filming where applicable.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the final deliverables for the intended purpose. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, working files and raw footage remain our property, though we can grant access or archive services on request.

Approvals and Revisions

Projects typically include two revision rounds unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

We treat non‑public information as confidential and use it only for the project.

Warranties and Liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local law. Disputes will be handled in the courts of our principal place of business unless otherwise mandated.
